Returns and refunds

 

We have a 30 day return policy from the day you receive the item. Custom products are excluded. Please inspect your product on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. Please ensure it is packaged correctly so It is not damaged in transit.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@racespek.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@racespek.com.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@racespek.com

 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
